Nicoletta Vettori is Associate Professor in Administrative Law at the Department of Business and Law (University of Siena) where she teaches Administrative Law and market regulation and Public Accounting and Public Procurement Law.
She is graduated cum laude in Law (2006) and she holds a Ph.D in Public, Urban and Environmental Law (2011) at the University of Florence and obtained the national scientific qualification as Associate Professor in Administrative Law in 2017.
She is the author of a scientific monograph and many scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and books. Her researches mainly focus on health and social service law, environmental and landscape law, administrative transparency, sanctioning power of independent supervisory authorities. She is a member of the scientific committee of the journal IANUS and member of the Editorial boards of the Journal "Diritto pubblico".
