Natascia Tonelli studies Medieval Italian Literature and 20th century poetry.
She is a member of the Scientific Board of the Ente Nazionale Giovanni Boccaccio. She is principal investigator of a research project dedicated to Petrarch and his correspondents (PRIN 2017 ITINERA) and of a PRIN PNRR 2022 dedicated to the complete census of Petrarchan Italian Manuscripts. She is co-editor of the journals Per leggere, Studi Petrarcheschi, and Studi e Problemi di Critica Testuale.
She coordinates a seminar for students and PhD students for the commentary on Quare Tristis by Giovanni Raboni.
