Presentation

Riccardo Rialti is a Senior Assistant Professor of Management working for the DISAG - Dipartimento di Scienze Aziendali e Giuridiche at the University of Siena. Previously, he was a Junior Assistant Professor at the DEMM - Dipartimento di Economia, Management e Metodi Quantitativi of the University of Milan, a Post-Doc Research Fellow at the DISEI - Dipartimento di Scienze per l'Economia e l'Impresa of the University of Florence, and a PhD Student at the il DEM - Dipartimento di Economia e Management of the University of Pisa. 

During his career, he has been a a Visiting Fellow at University of Lincoln (UK), MIddlesex University London (UK), Sophia University of Tokyo (JP) and ESCP Europe (FR). He has also been a guest speaker at Bryant University (US) and Assumption University (US). 

His research interest concerns digital transformation processes of SMEs and digital technologies or digital marketing in general. He has also worked as a consultant for SMEs wishing to pursue digitalization.

In the case of offline office hours, please contact Dr. Rialti anyway, students are not invited to come to the office without an appointment to avoid queuing in front of the room and miss the teacher or waiting in vain due to the presence of other students.
