Antonio Marinello is Associate Professor in Tax Law; International Tax Law; Business Tax Law at the Department of Business and Law (University of Siena). He received a Ph.D. in Procedural Tax Rules in 2001 (University of Pisa). He was Research fellow and Visiting Professor at the Yale Law School (USA). Marinello’s main research interests are in Procedural Tax Rules, Investment Income Taxation, Business Tax Law, International Tax Law and U.E. tax law. Currently, he is member of the Editorial Board of Quarterly tax law review and of Ianus – Law and Finance. In 2015, he has been co-author of the Italian Report on “Surcharges and Penalties in Tax Law”, for the European Association of Tax Law Professors. He is member of the Italian Association of Tax Law Professors (AIPSDT) and of the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP). Currently, he is member of the Board of Evaluation of the University of Siena.
