Mario Giampaolo is associate professor of didactic, special pedagogy, and educational research at the Department of Social, Political, and Cognitive Sciences of the University of Siena. He studied experimental psychology, online learning and adult learning at the University of Padua, where he received his PhD. His main research interests are: learning, technology, and creative thinking. He pays particular emphasis to the use of mixed methods.
