FALERI CLAUDIA

Claudia Faleri is an Associate professor in Labour Law at the Department of Business and Law (University of Siena). She received a Ph.D. in European Labour Law in 2001 (University of Catania). Her main research interests are in Private Labour Law and Industrial Relations, characterized by the approach to Labour Law and Economics. She has participated in national and international research projects and presented many interventions and contributions in national and international conferences. She is member of the Editorial Committee of: Rivista Italiana di Diritto del Lavoro; Lavoro e diritto (journal that takes part of International Association of Labour Law Journals); Rivista giuridica del lavoro-news; Ianus, International journal of law and finance. She is also member of Associazione nazionale di Diritto del Lavoro e della Sicurezza Sociale. From 2016 she is Rector’s Delegate for Placement. From 2019 she is member of Academic board of the Ph.D. in Legal Sciences, University of Siena.
