Claudia Faleri is Full Professor in Labour Law at the Department of Business and Legal Studies (University of Siena). In 2001 she received a PhD in European Labour Law (University of Catania). Her main areas of research belong to the field of Private Labour Law and most recently concern in prevalence labour in digitalisation processes. She has participated in national and international research projects and presented many interventions and contributions in national and international conferences. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the following journals: Lavoro e Diritto (journal that takes part of International Association of Labour Law Journals); Ianus, International Journal of Law and Finance. She is also a member of the Associazione nazionale di Diritto del Lavoro e della Sicurezza Sociale.
