METHOD AND VALIDITY OF THE INTERMEDIATE TEST

During the course, an intermediate test will be arranged.

The intermediate exam will focus on the following parts:
1) Enterprise and company; 2) Competition, consortia, distinctive signs, property rights and publicity; 3) Contracts; 4) Securities; 5) Insolvency proceedings.

Passing the mid-term exam allows you to limit the oral exam to only the part relating to company law (or to this part plus that only part of the mid-term exam that you did not pass in the written exam) only on condition that you complete the exam in the session winter January/February 2023.

In any case, it is possible to take an intermediate oral exam in the year 2023 on the same topics envisaged for the intermediate exam in each of the exam sessions scheduled from January 2023 to September 2023.

The validity of the mid-term oral test lasts until the second exam session in September 2023 if the student is in the course and until the October 2023 exam session if the student is out of the course.
