CARBONE ALESSANDRA

Presentation

Alessandra Carbone is PhD in Slavic Studies (Russian Language and Literature). She is the author of publications about the work of Michail Lermontov and on Nineteenth-century Russian Literature. She also worked on the reception of M. Proust in Russian-Soviet Literature (L. Dobychin; O. Mandel'shtam); She now works on the Russian reception of Giorgio Vasari's "Vite" and on the Soviet publishing house "Academia" in the late Twenties and in the Thirties. Furthermore, she is the translator of the last biography of Ju. Gagarin by L. Danilkin (Gagarin, Castelvecchi: Rome, 2013) and of poems by Lermontov and Majakovskij. In June 2017 she was awarded the "Pushkin International Prize" in Rome. 

 

Алессандра Карбоне –  доцент русской литературы Государственного университета г. Сиена (“Università di Siena", Италия, Тоскана); лауреат «Пушкинской премии» 2017 г. Сфера научных интересов – русская литература XIX века, творчество М.Ю. Лермонтова, переводоведение. Автор монографии “M.Ju. Lermontov e la nostalgia libertina”(Pisa University Press, 2017), а также статей о М.Ю. Лермонтове, Л.Н. Толстом, Л. Добычине, взаимосвязях русской и французской литератур, первых переводах М.Ю.  Лермонтова на итальянский язык. Соавтор русской монографии «М.Ю. Лермонтов - между Западом и Востоком» (с Е.Л. Сосниной и А. Ямадзи, Ессентуки, 2012 г.); составитель сборника стихотворений и поэм М.Ю. Лермонтова на итальянском языке (совместно с проф. Пизанского Университета Стефано Гардзонио) “Не верь себе, мечтатель молодой!/ Non credere a te stesso, giovane sognatore”, Mосква: Дом книги Рудомино, 2015; переводчик произведений В.В. Маяковского, М. Ю. Лермонтова, а также монографии “Гагарин” Ю. Данилкина (Рим 2013).
