CAMPIANI GIUSEPPE

Giuseppe
Campiani
Professore Ordinario

Presentation

Exploration of chemistry and biology of naturally-occurring and synthetic organic molecules with therapeutic potential in infective, neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric, cancer, and parasitic diseases is the main topic of Prof. Campiani research activity. His interests include R&D for rare diseases, target selection and the rational design of innovative drugs, the discovery of new synthetic methodologies and general strategies for synthesis, bioinformatics, the study of important structure-function relationships, and metabolomic analyses for food matrices for traceability and authentication in agrifood production.
