Ph.D. in Educational Sciences, Assistant Professor within the Department of Social, Political, and Cognitive Sciences at the University of Siena. Her scientific interests are i) multiculturalism and radicalization in life and educational contexts and ii) experimentation and empirical evaluation of teaching-learning processes carried out in educational and training contexts, and iii) study and application of mixed methods research in a cross-cultural perspective. Her research work has been published and presented in national and international journals and conferences. She performed research at the Université Diderot Paris 7 (Paris, France) and at Georgetown University (Washington, D. C., USA) where she expanded her methodological skills for empirical research.
She carries out research activities within national and international multidisciplinary projects. She is a member of national and international scientific societies, including the Association pour le Développement des Méthodologies d'Évaluation en Éducation - ADMEE-Europe. She is a member of the Mixed Methods International Research Association.
