Anna Paris is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Business Administration at the Department of Business and Law (University of Siena). She currently teaches courses in Financial Accounting, Corporate Auditing and Corporate Accounting. She is Chartered Accountant and Statutory Audit. Her areas of research interest are Financial Reporting, Auditing, Sustainability Reporting, Extraordinary management operations (Business Combinations) and Business Valuation. She also serves as member of the Study Group “Business Valuation” operating within the Italian Society of Professors in Business Administration (SIDREA). She contributes to Gruppo di Studio per il Bilancio Sociale – G.B.S. Research papers. She is reviewer of Rivista Italiana di Ragioneria e di Economia Aziendale.
She served as a Regional Counselor of the Tuscany Council during the 11th Legislature (October 2020 - October 2025).
