Maria Cleofe Giorgino is Associate Professor in Business Administration at the Department of Business and Law (University of Siena) where she teaches Business Administration and Consolidated Financial Statement. She took part in several research projects and she earned the qualification as Full Professor in Business Administration. Her research interests are concentered in the area of performance measurement, with the focus on the topics of lean management, integrated reporting, and cultural sector. She authored several publications in Italian and international books and journals, such as "Azienda Pubblica", "Financial Reporting", "International Journal of Disclosure and Governance", "Journal of Health Organization and Management" and "International Journal of Performance and Productivity Management ".
