Maria Cleofe Giorgino is a Full Professor of Business Administration at the Department of Business and Law of the University of Siena, where she teaches Business Administration and Consolidated and International Financial Reporting.
She has participated in several research projects in the field of corporate performance measurement and control, and her primary research interests relate to accounting history and cultural organizations. She is the author of various publications in books and journals, both national - such as Azienda Pubblica and Financial Reporting - and international, including Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, Accounting History Review, and Journal of Management and Governance.
